Born in late 2003 - Straight Opposition started from a powerfull and stomp cross-over hardcore inspired by artists like Downset , Lou x , Biohazard and Turmoil. After the promo 2004 , registered at Temple of Noise studios in Rome , the band started with a hard promotion with live shows and internet advertising . Since december 2005 the band started by composing new songs . During this period the band never stopped his live activity and after a year of shows it has arrived to 30 concerts . On october straight opposition went to Kutso Noise Home ( Rome ) to register "map of the etnies" a song appeared on the punkster's compilation being a prewiew of the debut album called "Step by Step" . In the fall of february 2006 "Step by Step " has comed out for Indelirium Records and Straight Opposition after a little stop due to the registrations restarted again with live shows around all Italy and even in Slovenia ( april ) the band supports the tematics of the fight against capitalism and it's in clear and open opposition to everyone supports fascism and racism wich are a sign of the decadence of rationality . The struggle angainst the alienation due to massification process has in Straight Opposition a positive strenght thanks to the trust in our inner strenght and unity.
