Hey, how're u guys, everythings right?
here Turixxx writing to u… so… we're Whales'Island from South Italy, Palermo exatly, and this is our first promo include 5 songs with a typical melodic hardcore sound, like set your goals, polar bear club, strike anywhere, death is not glamorous and much more..
We're so glad to talk with u in this moment about us and about our music, and we canT wait to start really grate work!
We're playing togheter from the last summer, me (turixxx-singer) and the other guys inside the band, Fabio (drums), Nicolò(first guitar and back vocals), Giorgio(second guitar and back vocals) and Marco(bass) have the same passion inside for the music, for this world, for this subculture, WE WANT TO LIVE OUR LIFE AT ITS BEST. WE WANT TO HAVE FUN AND EXPLANE OUR POINT OF VIEW WITH OUR SOUND... this is what we saying...
After 7 or 8 years playing with other bands, me with ValuesxIntact and The Break!, Nico with The Break! too, Giorgio with Wise Guys, Marco and Fabio with a lot of little band in they town (cause they're not form Palermo city, they're from a little town near this area but stay here to study) we've decided to create this band and thatS grate for us... we've every week our practice and we stay so much time togheter in around expecially me and nico...
I'm straightedge from 10 years and vegetarian too, Nico is vegetarian too from 2 or 3 years... the other guys in the band are the tipical hardcore guys wanna play and hanging in around every night to enjoy theyrself ahah but they're really really cool guys!
During this years with the others band of us, we have shared the stage with a lot of bands like:
Alone, To Kill, Have Heart, Curtain, Locked In, Rise from the Agony, Stop Talking, Lyon Estate, When Season Change, To The Embers… and may others…
Right now we're officially ready to leave new experience outside our area, to leave and play in around and we're writing new material…
About our lyrics well: we talk about real love exeperience in the first 2 songs, we talk about suffering inside love experience and we talk about mind and heart feeling..we talk about friendship and true words… we talk about life… especially inside "whales" song… beautiful animals who lives they life with a tipical and mystic silence just with they passion and they tradition up and down the sea… when i broked my old love history 8 months ago I was really really sick and depressed..but when i met my new girl i saw in her this tipical behaviour, a mystic silence and an intense feeling, truth and simplicity… so i think that whales are the best animals, an example to live the life at its best..expecially in this period that u know for all most part of the guys and teenagers is better to talk about life and lifetime on i-net, on four, on network to be the best guy in the world with pics, and a lot of strange stuff... horrible!
And we talk about money and music of course… cause there're a lot of bands that wanna do money before to do good music, but don't wanna say, yeah thatS right this is my way, I wanna do money… noooo, they just say, I've a band, I've attitude, I belive in jesus, I'm evangelist, I'm a rapper, I'm vegan or I'm not vegan and I eat meat a lot ahahah... and this is not our way, no, just i wanna live and have fun with my real friends, with myself, i wanna talk with simple words..and aw of course if one day I open my mail and read hey we're a grate label and we wanna do for u a big work, u will be so famous then yeah ok!..this is cool, but I don't wanna live to search somethings just to be famous no!, I hate this!
